I am the board for my townhouse association and have been trying to get CI to get four different projects resolved since last year. I have sent several emails asking for updates and begging them to get these projects done with no results or even an answer to my emails. If anyone is looking for a management company I would advise them to look elsewhere

Horrible management, they take side with racist HOA members . 0/0 do not recommend them for your properties

Deanna Shelton always has great communication and great positive attitude. She replies very quickly to Emails/voicemails and always gives updates on any problems/concerns that arise at my condo complex. I give her 5/5 stars for her great work! Thank you for your hard work! Appreciate it very much
