the “front end supervisor” refused to do a full refund on an item, and when i provided reason of why it is valid to return it, she literally said “well i already returned that other item for you last week, that was over 60 days, and i said that was the only time i’d do that for you”. (she’s referring to when i was double-charged for 1 deli item, so they rang up that same item twice.) ~ so a manager is unjustly bringing up a completely unrelated situation, which the company was at fault for, because she knows she has no basis to deny me a refund presently. anyone would help with the double-charge issue, how does that give justification for her to now refuse my current need? she made absolutely no sense. (i did end up getting the item returned, but not from her.) if i was not a young woman, she would never treat a different customer like that. completely inappropriate and petty for zero reason. i would fire someone for that ! ~
forgot to add , she’s the person that double scanned the referenced deli item lmao (+ the item i tried to return was purchased under 2 weeks ago ,so it was not late or anything.)
My daughter, grandsons and I usually go to the Community Food CoOp whenever they visit Bellingham, The quality of food, both in-store and prepared in the deli, is high quality, nutritious and delicious! The staff is top-notch. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We love the North Forest Street location. The upstairs dining area is perfect for family lunches! The view and kid-friendly touches are wonderful. 😊
