Made an appointment with this place over a month ago for today at 1:30 got there early figuring I would have to fill out paper work, at the time I made the appointment I gave them my insurance information, when I went to check in they had no appointment for me I showed her my app log with the address and they wouldn't help me. If they can't get an app right how could they possibly take care of your health
