This is a second time that I have worked with Valerie on small projects in my home. I will be purchasing some flooring. She keeps me within my budget and doesn’t try to sell me something that I can’t really afford.

The showroom staff were Extremely friendly and helpful! We weren't sure what we needed for our project to get all the right pieces and parts and the walked us through it and helped us pick out the right things. The parts were in their warehouse quickly and Jeffrey was pleasant and helpful loading them into our vehicle. If you are working with a contractor on a remodel this is the place to go. A great remodel or building asset to the Olympia area!

Valerie was just what we needed to lead my wife and me out of the wilderness of big box stores in selecting tile for our bathroom remodel. Calm, engaging and deeply knowledgeable. She validated some of our big box choices and supplemented them with a couple of new ones that were just what we needed to put our project over the top. It didn’t hurt that CFM’s show room is packed with choices the big box stores get u dreaming about as u look at their websites but seldom get to see much before u give up your credit card. Go to CFM for tile. They even have coffee and muffins while you sit and shop!
