Copeland Architecture and Construction designed and built our house. We worked with Jeff to design the house and he did a great job giving us ideas and trying to convince us what would be best such as I wanted a half bath and he convinced me that in the end, I would want a full bath for the guest room and he was absolutely right because otherwise, guests would have to go downstairs to take a shower/bath. He was excellent to work with on picking out everything from light fixtures to flooring. It can become overwhelming when this is the first house you are building but Jeff made it seem so easy. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to figure our taste out right away. When it came to picking out lighting for example, there are just too many out there to select from so he took the time to narrow down what he thought we would like and gave us options between those. We appreciated his patience and understanding when we asked millions of questions. Bob managed the construction and kept everything moving. We were on the site almost every day and whenever we had a question or concern Bob was readily available to answer our concerns and address them in a professional, courteous manner. The work crews were very knowledgeable in their craft and very professional. We were very impressed with how well the whole team, even Austin, worked together to walk us through this stressful process. In the end we have a beautiful home that we will treasure for years to come.

Working with Copland Architecture was truly a pleasure. Not only would I change nothing about our home but they meet and exceed our exceptions. Most people's experiance in designing and building a home is a stressful time but I can say that was not our experiance. So thank you Copeland for all you hard work and attention to details. They all paid off.
