The studio in Emeryville is clean and cute. I had CorePower Yoga membership and tried this newly open one, taking classes with several teachers. They are all excellent!

Paxytn is a congenial, in-the-flow instructor. Her beats are uplifting especially Bil Wither's "Lovely Day" at the end of Friday's class, a lovely wind-down song as the sun's beams dappled the studio.
