Made an appointment for tire rotation. I was told the wait time is 1 hour to 1 and a half hours!! Even though this was a ridiculously long wait for a tire rotation, i waited for one hour 45 minutes only to find that they haven’t even touched the car or get it in the shop. Never purchasing tires from Costco or doing tire rotation there again !!
