I contacted eight different companies and most of the receptionist / owners seemed very unprofessional and could not guarantee a day/time of arrival or price. I contacted Countywide Septic Pumping and reached the owner, Victor directly. He was pleasant, professional, and respectful. Since I already had my risers accessible and no digging was necessary, he was able to come out the very same day and pump out my septic tank. He was very thorough with his explanations and didn't make me feel naive for not understanding the process. The price was very competitive and I was very pleased.
