This will be the first review I have ever written due to the bad service I received with this company. The company takes their sweet time getting anything done and then will dodge your calls for simple questions. It got to a point where all I had to do was give him $800 to have the papers sent off to the health district and he still dodged my calls. Couldn’t even get him on the phone to pay the guy so I could keep my project moving. To top it all off just before the install, he wanted another $800 for god knows what and then pushed the design work off onto my personal septic installer. It was unfortunate how the events played out. I won’t use him again and I’ve already talked 3 people into going with someone else.
