call three times they just answer the phone and hang up on you then the lines busy then I call again and somebody just picks it up and hangs it up terrible customer service

Awesome company. Very easy to deal with and so helpful. Better than all the alternatives.

I did not know Leroy made all the decisions when picking up the trash! Is he the owner of the company? When I pay my bill from now on I will ask to speak to him since he is so large and in charge! Must be difficult working with a boss like him! Lucky you!
