I've worked for a handful of agencies with beautiful offices. I've also looked at other co-work spaces, and I have to say the CTRL space is my favorite. The space is very well designed and accommodating to just about any works style. The staff is very responsive and supportive. I mean they've come through in a pinch for my team and I, several times.
As for the facilities, or aminities ... they have a podcast studio and a team that can help produce and direct. They have a photo studio that has just about anything a photographer would want/need. There are various types of work spaces, that work for just about anyone's needs.
It's just a great place to be.
