I've been remote working for over 10 years and have spent most of that time co-working in shared work-spaces (Wework, independent locations, etc.). SOMO Cowork is the NICEST co-working facility I have ever seen. It's a large 24,000 sq ft space with modern design sensibilities and abundant natural light. If you value space, then you will love SOMO CoWork. You can always find a quiet, comfortable space: a private office, a dedicated desk, or a floating workspace. Phone booths and huddle rooms are available throughout the complex for those that need to jump on the phone or join web calls.
While the scale of SOMO Cowork is appealing, what really adds value to my daily co-work experience is the SOMO community. First, the management staff is amazing. They support all of the members in their daily activities, making sure supplies are stocked, meeting rooms are booked properly, and the space is kept clean, warm and friendly. I enjoy the community-building activities SOMO Cowork organizes for members and guests: community lunches, holiday office parties, professional development workshops, etc. There's definitely something for everyone. I especially enjoy the weekly food trucks!
