We purchased a water softener system back in June of 2021 from Bruce Rigg. He promised to come back in a few months and check on our system but never did. We recently noticed our water has become cloudy. He said he would have Marcy call us on Monday to schedule a service call. She never called. He owes a visit to check on our system and adjust it as required but, I'm not going to hold my breath. I suggest to Culligan management to have Bruce Rigg read the great book "The Speed of Trust". As for now his performance as a "water specialist" does not meet our expectations.

We are constantly out of water. Their customer service is really bad. The answer we get it we can come pick it up ourselves but doesn’t that defeat the purpose. I should not have to fill a bottle at the grocery store to get me thru. They called and said they were coming before the weather was getting bad and still I have to wait till Tuesday or whenever they feel like getting here .

I will admit i was a bit skeptical at first but my place had 3ppm iron and iron bacteria along with my well only being 31ft deep... the water always felt off and you never felt clean and i definitely would've drank it... it also had a terrible metallic sulfer smell... now there systems are a bit pricey but let me tell you they are worth every penny and it was cheaper to get a system then digging a deeper well which also ran the risk of still having the same problems. My water quality is like day and night different and I couldn't have been happier I got a full water system from them. Thank you tom and the guys who came out to install my system. I will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone I know. 10/10 service
