I've been going to this office for over 4 years and am very satisfied with their professional and efficient care. Their service and attitude goes beyond basic eye care. When I got contacts, there happened to be a manufacturer coupon offer for the contacts. This office told me about it and gave me a coupon. I ended up getting more from the manufacturer reimbursement than my copay had been, which is very nice on a tight budget. More recently, my glasses got run over by our lawn mower. When I called Dr. Burghard's office, they have me a pair of sample contacts (my prescription) so I could drive safely until my eye appointment the following month. They also put me on a standby list to be notified if someone cancelled before that. This type of care and service is what I appreciate about them.
