Bought our spa system almost 7 months ago and we use it every single day! We learned about the company at the LA county fair back in September 2019 and we looked for the company because they offered such a great deal and finally purchases our spa in December. Today we came buy to get more supplies and the staff is extremely friendly and informative. We have worked with Jim and he has always provided great service. I would recommend him if your are looking to purchase or get additional information regarding purchasing a spa system.

After calling around to find a new spa cover, I heard about Custom Spas Direct. The owner, Jim, answered immediately and was very attentive to what we needed. Interacting with him was effortless and he was very informative. I wish we had found him sooner!

Bought a swim spa about 4 years ago from custom spas. Love the spa. A couple of weeks ago the main board went out. Jim was very prompt about getting us a replacement. Spa back up and running.
