Here's my story - My laptop crapped out on me while I as traveling. All my web searches said I needed to take the battery out and put it back, but that's not so easy with my laptop. 30 days later I get home and search for tech support. Happily I found Cutting Edge Computer Solutions. The battery in/out solution failed. Turned out my motherboard died and replacing it would cost more than a new laptop. So off I go to Costco, got a new one with a newer chip, but with Win 10. Skye at Cutting Edge swiftly transferred all my data, installed Win 11 and got me up and running again for a very reasonable price. Even with the cost of tech support my new Laptop still cost less than the old one did 5 years ago. I left a very happy customer. Hopefully I won't need to go back anytime soon... Maybe in 5 years when the new one wears out.
