Why doesn’t the consultant want to help in any way with finding a product? The black girl in the mask said so - I won’t help you look for the goods, I can only open the door.. And she left 😳

Spent 28 dollars and the guy at the cash register refused to let me use the bathroom. He, along with another staff member, insisted that it was "closed." They had a key to it but wouldn't let me use it.

They directed me to a Chinese restaurant across the street which was a pretty ridiculous proposition considering that CVS had a fully functional bathroom and I wasn't a customer at the Panda Bowl.

When I asked if I could leave my car in the lot for a minute while I went across the street to use the bathroom, the response was "No. We'll tow your car."

Thanks allot CVS 👍🏼😎

Despite this being the busiest and wildest CVS in Hollywood, the Pharmacy staff is always so friendly, patient, and kind. Thank you Pharmacy team for always being so helpful!
