Came in for meds and a vaccine. The Pharmacy Staff. Is completely inept. Tried to pick up meds. One front counter guy, "Jordan" says he can't sell me my meds because the Pharmacist is out at lunch and I'll have to wait. I wait 20 minutes then go back, wait in line again, for the counter and ask about the Pharmacist and the other counter person sells the meds without the Pharmacist. Why? Next, try to get my vaccine. I waited 50 min past my appointment. Only to be told I have wait another ten minutes. Why does CVS think it's ok to waste my time? I won't waste any more of time or money with CVS when there so many other drug stores to spend my money at?

This cvs pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in all. I've traveled around the US and have visited numerous CVS to fill prescriptions and this one has the rudest employees. I've both called and had a rude person and been in the store and had rude service. It's really disappointing.

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy in my entire life. I walked into the CVS Pharmacy on upper state street, and was told by the pharmacist that the pharmacy was closing and would be open at 1 o’clock. I thought they were joking, so I continued walking to the counter, and the pharmacist shouted at me from across the room 1 o’clock. I open my mouth to explain to him that I had a procedure coming up and needed my prescription as soon as possible and he shouted 1 o’clock continued shouting 1 o’clock, 1 o’clock. Finally, I interrupted him and asked if he would let me finish talking before he interrupted me and I explain my situation and he said 1 o’clock. I understand that places need to close for lunch breaks. But customer service especially when your pharmacy is very important. And this gentleman obviously has no clue what customer service is. I seriously doubt that I will ever visit this pharmacy again which is unfortunate since it is so close to my home.
