General Store: Overall pretty good. Wide selection with most isles nice and tidy, grace given for the seasonal isle. 5/5
Staff: I have never once had an issue. On a first name basis with most of them. The only problem is the store needs more of them. 4/5
Pharmacy: Staff is knowledgeable and helpful when asked. Better due diligence in authorizations from Doctors offices would vastly improve the experience. Often they glance at faxes. 3/5
Phone: We all know this is what sparked the review here. I am on hold even as I write this review. Eventually my phone dropped after an entire hour, so I had to call back. Still holding, again. Sadly since this about insurance paperwork no automated PBX will handle it, we still need real people. This background music will haunt my dreams. 0/5
App: Awesome, seriously people use it. In case of an emergency you can show first responders the medications your family is taking. 5/5
