Usually incredibly rude and dismissive. Unreliable contact, different pharmacists give different answers to the same question and no sense of urgency.

Just at this location. David the cashier was absolutely rude to my wife. I can not believe he is in customer service. Maybe he was having a bad day but it was completely unacceptable. He even snapped at the other female cashier when she tried assist.

Shopping on a Sunday night, noticed not many employees on duty. CVS is currently undergoing a walk-out, so that's understandable. Manager at self-checkout was friendly. However.... Guest bathroom was a nightmare. Absolutely FILTHY, with zero ventilation. Worse than the worst gas station bathroom -- Disgusting floor, messy toilet, and walls covered in graffiti. Appeared rarely maintained, if ever. Ceiling exhaust fan is no longer working, and grill is clogged with what looks like years of dust/debris. Horrid.
