I wish i can go less than one star...worse customer service..nobody came to help at the counter on the photo side.when finally someone came he was totally unhappy helping. I apologize for this review but time is valuable for everyone .

I purchased a gift card for Red Lobster here and no money was put on it! I talked to the store and they said I have to call Red Lobster. I called Red Lobster and they said I have to talk to Walgreens. The money was taken out of our account and yet the gift card does not work. No one will help. This is unacceptable. No trying to get money back through our bank. I will NEVER shop here again.

Absolutely atrocious service. The "Artificial Intelligence" bot refuses to direct you to a human. Would rather tell you the store hours; other useless info rather than let talk to a pharmacist
