Very personal and professional in the same time.
I never had my bike the way it is. He took the time and service my bike like it is his own bike with such a great welcoming attitude.

Called a year ago when I was had a flat and asked if they had a 20 inch tube in stock which they said yes. I asked since I had a flat and was walking by their shop, could I use their 17mm and a tire lever so I could repair the bike instead of walking all the way home. They said no you can't use our tools. I come by recently to buy a spoke wrench and he said they don't even have those and didn't even offer to use his own spoke wrench since they are a "Bicycle Service Store". ain't much service being provide except a lack of sales and customer service. Thankfully I made it not to farther down the road to "Orange County Bicycle Service & Garage" where when I rode up to the shop their worker asked if I needed to borrow their spoke wrench or buy one which is a response a real bike shop should give.

Juan is very knowledgeable and truly kind. I brought in a bike that I had just bought used and he assessed what needed to be done and took care of everything. He gave very good prices and you can just tell he cares about his customers.
