On 1/10/2021 I lost my husband and didn't know who I would reach out to. I remembered a gentleman on my FB page worked for a mortuary and I reached out to him. Ronald Wiley was simply amazing. Being that I don't live in the area; he provided professional service by phone. He walked me through the different options. Ronald notified me every step of the way. Once my husband was in his care I knew that he would be layed to rest comfortably. The day of the service Ronald came to the venue early and made sure everything was set up appropriately. I accompanied a friend's family to prepare for the funeral of a beloved son and brother. I was impressed by Mr. Scales ability to focus on the needs of the family with both compassion and competence. He was able to guide the family to a decision that really worked for them, giving them all the needed details and guiding them to something that worked within terms of their budget. I was glad they found someone that would help them navigate this difficult time.
