Today was my first visit and I had the best experience. Julie in the front office was so sweet and kind . Judy and Dr.Santos were excellent today during the appt . Dr.Santos provided a lot of information to me and was able to see what was going on with my throat pain for the last couple of months !

Spent $15k for N/L, F/L, CO2. Minimal results as you can see. Extremely dissatisfied and Dr. Santos will do a revision but at the same price!! He says he doesn’t guarantee anything. Even an obviously poor face and neck lift! Don’t spend your money with this Doctor. Continue doing your research! Stay away from Santos. Worst bedside manor you could imagine!! Buyers beware!!

Dr. Santos was great!!! He gave me several options with regards to my procedure, then allowed me to choose. The medical assistant was extremely compassionate, let me hold her hand while Dr. Santos performed his medical task. Thank you for a great experience. Mary S.
