Dr. Renton is amazing. He diagnosed a potential life threatening condition that had been missed or misdiagnosed by multiple others for almost 20 years. There's no way to repay what he gave back to me!

Unfortunately, we had a really negative experience. Our appointment was rescheduled twice (once, understandably, because we were 10 mins late, once because the secretary wrote the appointment time and date down incorrectly on my card), and between 3 visits we were asked to fill out the paperwork twice although we'd already done so. On our third attempt we were in office at the appropriate time but turned away yet again when we got to the secretary's desk because we were "more than 5 mins late checking in" because she'd been helping a client in line before us. She said she’d check with Dr. Renton - he’d already gone to lunch. The secretaries I spoke with were impolite, unapologetic and addressed me as though every previous mishap was undoubtably my fault. I was dumbfounded to have had an experience like this, and was not expecting this treatment or inconvenience based on what I'd previously heard about Dr. Renton and his practice. I’d be uncomfortable entrusting the care of my child here after our experience.
