Two stars for the store customer service no stars myself and my husband traveled to this Ace Hardware because we do not have one in our local town we thought we would stroll through the store and see what they had and pick and choose what we wanted to buy we were followed by employees for over an hour no one asked if we needed any help or if we had any questions they just kept following us like we were going to steal something we ended up spending $100 in the store so that should let them know we weren't there to take any of their items maybe they should inquire with the customers and use better common sense then assuming everybody is a thief

It's the ONLY hardware store in Somerton. If you're in a pinch, it's the best place to go to. The prices are fair, and what I like best is they have a large variety of tools, parts, and accessories for your everyday or emergency projects. The staff is friendly and professional and they can help you find whatever you need.

1st time visitor to this hardware store...I was trying to find some plastic coated wire clothes line that was supposedly on sale. I asked one of the employees--first in English, and then in Spanish. He sent me to now fewer than 3 different aisles in a large store. I finally found it on my own, except the brand that was supposedly on sale...I cut my losses, left the store, and told him,"If some other wants clothesline, send them to Aisle 13. " Nice store. Dopey employees.
