The hotel received a one-star rating solely due to its location. However, we encountered numerous issues: roaches, dirty floors, sticky red liquid on the counters, unclean towels, and a bathtub that didn’t look sanitized. Privacy was a concern since you could see under the door, and despite having a "Do Not Disturb" sign, staff entered our room daily and turned off the AC. One day, they even left part of their vacuum behind, which felt intrusive. Parking was a nightmare; although the valet was friendly, there wasn’t enough parking for the number of rooms, leaving us blocked in and unable to open our doors. $30 a day to deal with the mess. The front desk staff were also nice, but truthfully could not make up for the fact that the "Do Not Disturb" signs didn’t exist to the other staff. Was told a manager would speak to me the next day and it didn’t happen. $1000 for 3 nights and truthfully wouldn’t ever stay their again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Across the street from Disneyland - the only reason I gave 1 star. As for everything else, 0 stars. Floor is so dirty, it turns your socks black. During the 3 days we stayed, two door handles broke. Bed was very uncomfortable. House keeping never came during our stay. Parking is terrible. I do not recommend!

We loved this spot for our Disneyland trip. We stayed four days. The location is everything. Only about a five minute walk to the Parks, but tucked back off the main strip, so it's quieter and a little more private. The staff are friendly and really helpful, and the valet is a great guy. Parking is limited, so just be aware that if you have to leave early you'll have to let the valet know ahead of time so he can fanagle your car out of the lot. The room we had was a double queen right above the lobby. There was some noise from the nearby rooms and the AC is a little loud but nothing that can't be cured with being tired from a day at the Parks and some ear plugs. Beds are comfortable, rooms are very clean. Our room was a larger one so we were able to have a rollaway bed (which also was very comfortable). If you're looking for a lower priced option (no breakfast, though), this is the place to go.
