Rarely left comment on any hotel but this one I need to write one to warn people who are going to this hotel. Not friendly for single woman . The room their signed me in, the hall wall was dark as hell and quite, really creepy . When I arrived to the room, it is clean but weird settings. Like the bathroom did not have fan to take the air out. Other than that so far ok. I was in the stay between 25-27 th April. On 26th around 3pm, someone tried to open my door and when I asked who it is, no one responded and left. Same day around 5pm, I reported this situation to the front desk. They said they will find out who and left a note in my profile about this situation and they said they will get back to me on the 27th. When I returned to the front desk on 27th to asked about what is going on the 26th. They said they don’t know what I am talking about, my profile did not see any notes and they said they would get back to me again. It is soooo disappointing because I am only female in that room and they seem don’t care about their customer safety. So please don’t go there if you are traveling alone.
Classy place very up to date with modern everything!! Service is outstanding! From the front desk, to breakfast kitchen, to the maid service! I loved every interaction! Great job team! The cons….the bathroom! There was no fan at all in there. What in the world! Is this nonsense even up to code? What the nonsense is this?! You take a shower and seriously there should be a fan!! Unacceptable. At least not in room #130. It was ridiculous. Oh and speaking of ridiculous, the main light to the restroom was a sensor switch. I get it, super nice, you walk in and on it goes for you….. BUT!! If you forget to turn on the shower light! Expect to be in the dark if you are using the toilet!! The timer is very short and you are left in the dark. It was very frustrating. What in the WORLD! I tried and looked for the solution. None. Over all as I said, this hotel is clean and quality but that nonsense is my only reason for 4 stars overall and 3 for the rooms. (My photos of the room was after I used it for a day or two. Sorry for the use mess. Not the hotel!!Me.) Don’t use the Valero gas station next door. Way over priced and trashy place!!
