Horrible experience on a recent phone call to this store...
I recently spent over $1K at this MV store, and have generally had a good experience shopping here. However, after waiting several weeks for a few items that weren't included in the ship-to-home portion of my order I gave a call to the store to check in on it.
A woman named Adele answered. She was VERY short and extremely abrupt in her interactions with me. I had a couple pretty simple questions and she kept telling me how they were very busy in the store right now and she couldn't take time to help me. She then proceeded to tell me that the customers who "actually drove [here]" need help so I would need to call the 800-number to contact customer care directly to see where my items were.
After a four-minute phone call that seemed like I was pulling teeth to get any information at all, she hung up quickly -- so quick I didn't even have time to get the 800-number from her. I called right back and Adele answered again.
I asked her if she could share that phone number with me, and she once again was annoyed and flustered and told me go "go look it up on Google."
I asked again "You sure you don't have it right there somewhere?" She angrily responded, "Fine. Let me get my cellphone so I'll look it up FOR you."
I invited her to just take a deep breath, and I let her know she really didn't need to be grumpy or rude. As a customer on the phone, shouldn't I be just as important as someone in-store? Again she gave me the run-around how I didn't "drive [there]" today therefore I wasn't due the same attention for some odd reason.
I waited a moment and she read me the number. Before I could even say "thank you," she just hung up on me.
Were it not completely mandatory that I buy kids' uniforms from this store, I would never shop here again. Too bad.
