This is a nice place to do laundry but a day like today went bad because the card machine stopped working for everyone we are not able to load money to our cards and a bunch of people had to leave with there clothes wet. I know today is a holiday but there's no one here that can help. Called customer service and voice-mail is full. Only the people that still had money left in there card was able to finish but the rest weren't able to add money and left. Big disappointment. You can do better here either close for the day or have someone on call

Dependable Cleaners is the best dry cleaner you'll find. The workers are dedicated and helpful. The manager of the Quincy store " Jamie" is awesome and professional. Dependable Cleaners is lucky to have her as are the customers who frequent this great place.

They are so nice!
I’ve been there 3 times to drop and pick up pieces I had to have professionally clean.
They are so detail oriented. They have welcomed me very well. They are always sending emails to remind me that I have pieces to pick up. They even sent me a welcome note. They very very neat in customer service.
Also, they attended me very quickly and of course my pieces were very well cleaned.
