We’ve had nothing but positive interactions with D&B. Great products and great service to back them up. But this time really raised the bar for high quality service. We have an extended warranty on our appliance meaning they don’t make money on service calls at this point. I left a message on Tuesday morning and the call was returned within a few hours and we were scheduled for the next day. The woman I spoke with was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She gave a quick and thorough explanation of what to expect including the name of our repair person. Something I appreciate knowing ahead of time. Everything unfolded exactly as described.
James S. is one of the best if not the best repair person I’ve interacted with. Professional and personable, he got in and got to work assessing the situation while keeping me informed about what he was seeing and the repairs involved and the timeline. I greatly appreciated him and his work. He was efficient, thorough and friendly all at the same time. Not always easy to do. And as an added bonus he was amazing with our dog.
