Worthless. The shipper said my packages should be here on or before the 22nd. Plenty of time for Christmas. Now, these idiots have had the package for TWO days sitting in their freaking warehouse. All they had to do was get the package to freaking USPS so that it could be delivered, but nope! They leave it in their freaking warehouse for days, sitting there doing nothing. I am only 3 hours away from this location on the other side of the mountains! Seriously, two days sitting in a warehouse doing nothing!!!
Would take 10 minutes to get this to USPS, or make the arrangements for pick-up (DHL is supposed to transfer the package to USPS for final delivery). And now family members will not receive gifts on Christmas and will have to wait until afterwards, simply because of the gross incompetence of this worthless facility. I hope management is all fired. This is seriously just incompetence at its best!
