Pretty unimpressed with the security guard messing around to impress the associates. I get that you want to be funny but don’t lie if you are asked a question directly. That’s when the fun stops. I’ll do my best not to shop at Dick’s. Returned what I bought.

Don’t shop here. Completely unmotivated staff. Came in to purchase golf equipment and just no response from staff after repeatedly asking for assistance. Decided on what to buy and they didn’t have anyone to give me a cover. The absolute worst shopping experience. Never again!!!

I won’t be shopping at Dick’s! Ask a question and the staff has no clue what you are talking about. They don’t want to be bothered, tell you can order it online. When you tell them it shows online their store has it they say well I could look in the back. And stand there. I say okay look in the back, come back with nothing and say that product over there is all we have. Not even close to what you’re looking for. When you tell them, they don’t have a clue they were wrong. Don’t know their product. And they go back to laughing with their buddy. Front cashier is stone faced and stares. Good thing I didn’t buy anything, I probably would’ve told him to find another job cause he isn’t good at this one. 🙄
