Dick’s Valley Service

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Jeff Belzer's Lakeville service center. I called for AAA for a tow from there to EZ Auto Repair in Farmington. There was some mild communication issues between AAA and myself and the wait was a bit long (apparently it was a very busy night and tow services were in high demand). Through the mess, the driver and dispatcher were both very professional and friendly. They brought calm to a very stressful situation. The poor dispatcher listened to me about blow a gasket at Belzer's staff that appeared to block the driver from coming to the back lot to pick up my car. When I finished dealing with the JB staff, the dispatcher was like the voice of reason on the other end of the phone, totally collected and said she would contact the driver that had been turned away. The driver then made his way to the back lot and found me with my car, despite the obstacles in his way, he manuvered the tow vehicle smoothly, quickly and accurately. I just really wanted to say thank you for that. I truly appreciate the 2 people I encountered from your shop.
