They are usually quick but, Today went in at open to get some tires. Removed when I returned for the rims and tires. I was told one of the employees took my tires home. I had to wait till he came back with them. Very untrustworthy. I ALSO witnessed them selling two tires to someone saying the front wheel drive needed to be the same tred in height, which is correct. But the car just needed the rear tires put up front and one new rear one. To save the customer an uncessary expence. It was very sad to see. I'll probably go back, but I always have leschwab check there work.

I purchased 6 tires from this Discount Tire store for my RV, and went back a week later for the install. I brought Borg Valve Stems with me to be installed as well. I asked a ton of questions, brought my own inch-pound torque wrench (they had their own, but some tire shops don't), and hovered like a bee on a flower full of pollen, and they were GREAT! They listened to me, didn't mind my lurking, and did a great job installing my tires and stems. A month later and I've had zero issues. Thank you Discount Tires in the Renton Highlands for a job well done!

Hi everyone,
If o wanna use this shop prepare yourself to spend here double the time they tell you.
I made an appointment and I checked in and i was told it will be under an hour. Guess what an hour later I had to get my car because they didn’t even start working on it. ( I had other appointments that I needed to get to.
Why do you guys have appointments? Just to spend people time?
Leo was kind of rude when I told him that he promised me it will be under an hour to do the stuff on my car.
I don’t recommend this shop.
Try to avoid it if you value your time.
