Tow truck driver picked up the car and transported it to my property adequately after I blew out my front passenger side car going over a pothole. Delivering it to my property was another story. He backed over and decimated sections of my neighbor's lawn when backing the car onto my driveway. After contacting a Devine's manager, my neighbor was told the driver quit the next day but Devine's was willing to pay to get the lawn fixed. A few days later, the manager reneged on the agreement and offered her $100 after she signed a detailed legal form. Now we are trying to fix this mess with $100 and little thanks to Devine's towing.

Andrew was amazing! His customer service was top notch! The blonde old lady was horrendous and possibly racist stared too much
I got my car impounded because it was stranded due to the weather and I came to pick it up
My tire was popped and I just seen my car a couple days ago and all tires were fully aired and now there is a dent in my car and scratch marks I literally just seen my car on the 9th and was impounded the day after they caused damage to my car

My daughter sold her car to a lady who lives in Washington. My daughter lives in Idaho, and the car was sold in Idaho, and she has a bill of sale and a signed release of liability form. The lady who bought my daughter’s car never registered the car in her name and for some unexplained reason had “her” car impounded. Now Divines Towing has been harassing my daughter to pay the impound fee or the difference that will be owed if it goes to auction! My daughter has tried calling and explaining the situation to the obviously incompetent receptionist and she has no idea what she is talking about. She actually sighted a “RCW” code trying to prove her point. “RCW” = revised code of Washington!!! The car was from Idaho!!! I contacted my attorney and he said that my daughter did everything correct and filed everything required by Idaho department of licensing. Divines should be going after the lady who bought my daughter’s car. And either the police or the Washington department of licensing should find this lady and fine her for not registering her car! I’m pretty sure that is a law in Washington! It would be in Divines best interest to quit harassing my daughter!
