Everyone that works here is great, if you have a problem, it’s you. An employee once taught me about different kinds of drill bits when I clearly had no idea what I was doing. Before that, I asked for a drill that was not $200, and was promptly shown something that was $40.
Product selection is vast, but also seems to be geared towards the many independent contractors doing work in the area. Might not be able to find the bougie item you’re looking for, but lots to browse if you are a real DIY type.
The people at the counter are always friendly, but not fake, which is refreshing as someone from the east coast. If you want to be catered to, go to Home Depot!
This store gets 5 out of 5 stars when it comes to the staff and what a great little neighborhood hardware store it is. The loss of one star is only because they are not open on Sundays. It seems with all the big box stores like home Depot and everything that they would want to be open on the weekend when everyone is doing home improvement projects. I try to support them as much as I can but I go to home Depot almost every time it's Sunday and I need something. otherwise great little hardware store with knowledgeable staff that are there to help you.
