Office managers are a dime a dozen and then never stay long enough to really effect change. Maintenance is under qualified and not supported to perform the work promised by management. In the 6 years I have been living here I have seen the quality of living and care for residents do nothing but decline. Crossroads at Meridian is a terrible community. The Dobler Management Company talks a big game but doesn't employ enough qualified people to take care of their residents or property. Nothing is updated and everything is broken and falling apart.
