if I could give zero stars I would. I lost my home in magalia to the camp fire and needed a quote for an inspection of our septic system. The lady that called me back was extremely rude and even laughed at me at one point when I was trying to explain our situation. She would hardly let me get a word in edgewise and then scoffed at me when I was trying to explain things to her. I will never go with them for any septic services. I highly recommend against them.
