Disappointed to find that my experience was similar to the last reviewer - Dr. Yang was rushed, dismissive, and condescending. She gave me a diagnosis that was completely inconsistent with my symptoms and when I gently asked about that, she told me "you have my diagnosis." She did not give me full information about the nasal spray she was using, just that it was "numbing spray" (actually contained afrin as well). Went to MarinHealth ENT and they were much better. Will avoid Dr. Yang at all costs in the future.

We knew my daughter had been hard of hearing since she was very young. An MD at Sutter thought she saw something in her ear & poked a stick in it to see what it was. We cleaned the blood up as best we could but figure that's where the plug came from. We also have a family history of hearing loss. Dr Yang didn't even look at the questionnaire I filled out telling her all that. She walked into the room late and her first words were, "You wear airpods with your phone?" When my daughter nodded, "That's the cause of your hearing loss. Quit listening to your music so loud. Do you use Q-tips?" Again, yes. "Quit using them. That's why you had a plug." She looked in her ears briefly, noted how clean they were (because we use q-tips), and told us she wasn't recommending hearing devices. I guess since she deems my daughter to be at fault, so she doesn't deserve to hear her teachers or the people around her. She charged $880.00 for those 3 minutes she admonished & humiliated my child, refusing an offer of help. What a waste of a human being, time, money & heartache.
