We are very satisfied with grooming . Finally a place that is clean, very patient and the most important our Rocko was so so happy. Parking is not great but everything else very good...

I’ve taken Sandy here a few times but the customer service has gone down tremendously. They answer the phone “Hello” instead of announcing themselves or asking how May they help you. I made an appointment and never got a confirmation so I forgot the date. Called in a few days before the appointment to confirm the date and time and they didn’t know what I was talking about at all. I’m very displeased to have to find a new groomer.
