Dr. Tseng was very kind at first til I submitted my prescription to two online eye glasses manufacturer and they said what my prescription is asking is impossible cannot be built. So I went back for clarification, instead of gently explaining, he started to show off his 4 yr bachelor degree and we needed to get his degree to understand him because my prescription is complicated to explain. Funny part is we also do have a bachelor degree but we’re paid at our jobs to handle complicated situations or issues of clients and not show off our academic credentials. So unprofessional especially with his tone, we left and did not seek further help. He thinks we’re questioning his profession, we’re not to be honest. It’s the manufacturers, who doesn’t understand my prescription or which is out of the dynamics of glasses making. At the end we had to google how to compute my glasses grade and was able to order my glasses 😅

I would not recommend going to this doctor if you have a complicated prescription until he learns how to help clients.
