From my experience from this place is the worse the people there are so mean I wanted to do my braces so I went there when I want I scheduled a appointment with them and then when I want the said oh you need to pay and you need to pay for so many things and the tried to charge me 9 grand for some braces don’t go there you will hate it there

There is nothing to complain about this place beside the appointment may take a bit longer. But that also tells you how great they are in the business. The service is top notch, the outcome of my teeth got compliment from my regular dentist. He even pointed out the difference between a regular orthodontist and Dr. Douglas. But i dont have enough knowledge to understand. It’s about my teeth lining still keeping a perfect U shape. Yes his price is high comparing with others, but i still believe it worths it because teeth is an important part of the face. Im willing to pay extra for someone i trust. About the service, you cant find anyone there that is not nice. They are all professional and take good care of the customers. I highly recommend Josua but seriously all of them are great

I absolutely loved this place! Amazing service and they really saved my teeth haha! Dr Douglas does a great job with providing a comfort atmosphere, especially for patients like me that never had experienced wearing braces or retainers! Also, I absolutely love the service of all the dentists and workers here! I was really close with Sarah and she definitely made me feel welcomed to the place and helped me out with many of the adjustments I would need, in terms of appointment changes and last minute braces emergencies! Highly recommend to go to this place if you need braces! They are the best.
