I was a patient of mr.Castellano for years but then was shuffled around the last two years.The last one i saw was a nurse practitioner and prescribed me new stuff thats whacked me out.I wasnt able to make an appointment and rescheduled so they cut my medications and when i called the front desk was rude so i decided then i will no longer go back or recommend it👎🏽👎🏽

Dr Julie Lee and Anaisa Diaz were amazing! They were able to get me a same day appointment for my daughter and were completely great with my daughter. They answered any and all questions and very informational. I would definitely recommend coming here!!

A great practice and facility unfortunately brought down by the namesake's M.D. I've had the unpleasant experience of seeing J. Gabriel Castellanos, MD twice in the two years that I've been a patient here. Twice I was met with non-existent explanations as to what he believed was wrong with me, no explanation of a treatment's reason or duration. The second time I was confronted with judgmental, and quite frankly inappropriate remarks about my personal life. I've seen another doctor at this facility before and she was quite the opposite: friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and sincere. I hope that the fine physicians attached to the outdated and tired Dr. Castellanos go on to have great careers. For those of you looking for a primary doc, request anyone but old Gabe.
