I initially chose Dr. Lili for my braces treatment, and it turned out to be a colossal mistake. Despite enduring two long years of braces, they utterly failed to address any of my TMJ issues. My jaw still had an underbite, but of course, they never bothered to inform me. When I raised concerns about needing jaw surgery post-treatment, they shockingly claimed I had "refused" it—even though they never mentioned such a necessity in the first place!
This clinic’s incompetence and lack of communication are staggering. They’ll leave you with unresolved issues and then blame you for their own failures. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this clinic. You’ll regret ever stepping foot through their doors.
