Dr. Fong is an excellent doctor. He is kind, personable, listens well, and asks good questions to determine the best course of action. I highly recommend him.

Very disappointed with Dr Fong's staff and "said" office policy. My 95 year old mom (who uses a walker) and needs assistance to get to her appointments, was turned away because she was 5 minutes late for her appointment (10 minutes late after they discussed with other staff and would not let her check-in) and didn't fill out the online check-in questions (which I did not receive for this rescheduled appointment). They said they were too busy to work her in. No other patients were in the waiting room at the time. On previous appointments, we've waited for the dr more than 15 minutes. Same courtesy is not extended to his patients.

Joy the receptionist is just that, a joy. Dr. Fong is fantastic. My girl is hearing impaired and asks to go there for her ear cleanings. Highly recommended. Also, check out their website. Dr. Fong is an artist!
