Great customer service! I didn’t feel pressured to buy and felt the staff (Sarah) was genuinely interested in making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Everyone I met there was helpful. I couldn’t be happier with my tribal rug, which looks more like a work of art than something to walk on. With its expansive showroom on Western Avenue, the staff will go through an assortment of contemporary, traditional, tribal, antique, and Driscoll Robbins collection carpets one by one to help you find the right carpet for your space. Custom design is also available. We visited repeatedly and chose a variety of rugs to try in our home. This made it possible to see how each carpet fit in the various spaces. We appreciated Driscoll Robbins’ flexibility and willingness to help us every step of the way and especially appreciated the incredible help given by Leela Dominoski as we faced the task of selecting carpets from all the many hand woven artistic and unique carpets on the floor. Not only did she help on the floor, but also she provided online support with photos and other detailed information. Knowing also that Driscoll Robbins stands behind what it sells and that it supports a nonprofit organization that works to end child labor in the carpet industry makes it an even better place to buy carpets. I purchased two large area rugs from Driscoll. The two deliverymen were superb. They were so careful in making sure the rug was placed in the right locations. For example for one rug they carefully put the rug under a chandelier with proper spacing from the walls and a tansu chest and then placed the dining room table just right under the chandelier and aligned and centered with the tansu. They even asked if I wanted to vacuum the rug before they placed the furniture back on the rugs. The two men thought about everything and asked for my input on certain items and gave me options. They carefully made a number of adjustments for both rugs to that they looked perfect in a home where the floor spaces are not exactly square. Their thoughtfulness and dedication to doing a superb job are unmatched. Please thank them for me. We LOVE our new carpets. They have transformed the space making the atmosphere so inviting and warm. Thank you Leela for all your help in making our new home so welcoming.
