They have clean towels for you to dry off your car. If there is an issue with your payment, call the number provided on site and they will make it right. Amazing service and staff!

I would say the carwash does a job similar to most touchless car washes.... if you bring in a fairly dirty vehicle it might not get it all clean. There is one bonus I do like, that is they have towels there to dry off and wipe down your vehicle.

If I could wait this zero or negative stars I would in a heartbeat. Just stopped in Othello yesterday for routine shopping trip as I live over an hour away. Really looking forward to getting my car washes it was bright and sunny outside but I was in kind of a hurry so I did not want to do it myself. I paid $14 for what was probably the worst experience of my life when it comes to carwashes. Not only did my car not come out clean, but now there is a brown sort of sticky residue all over the hood. the bugs are still on the hood , Side mirrors, and windshield and it appears as though there are scratches on my car which I know we’re not there before. I will never ever recommend anybody go to this place and in fact, will be trying to contact the owner because this is ludicrous.
