At approximately 7:55 on 8/23/23 The African American guy
/ manager was extremely rude and aggressive when he approached me letting me know that the store is about to close stating “you all set we closing” in a rude tone
When I asked one of the cashier to speak with a manager she pointed to him stated that he’s the manager I asked to speak with someone above him he stated that no one is here to speak with me. I asked him for his name and he refused to give me his name
Horrible customer service on his part he needs to be retrained on how to approach customers

I order shoes for me and my husband and it took almost 2 weeks to get but it wasn’t a problem for me because I was just really excited to get them for the summer. But I’m very upset because first they charged me twice which they had to refund me back for. Then I finally received an email stated they were ready for pick up, so the next day before I went to pick them up I received an email stating I had picked them up but I didn’t so I went to the store and one of the pair of shoes wasn’t there. The girl got her manager and he went in the back and came back with shoes that look like someone was wearing them. The manager said to me you can take them or you can get a refund like he didn’t care. I told him I would take them and I would like a bag but he didn’t want to give me one I had to keep asking. Then when we were about to leave he said good luck with her to my husband which was very rude and unprofessional. As a customer you should never have to feel this way. I shop a lot throughout the years with DSW and it’s sad to say I will not be coming back to that store. You need better management.
