My water heater was old and we couldn’t get parts. The Dutchman crew explained everything, each step, even the bad stuff I didn’t want to hear. I would not go with another company, Dutchman does what is necessary and lets you know any potential bad and if it needs to be dealt with now or can wait without selling stuff that is not necessary. It is refreshing to have a company CARE as much as they do!

We bought our house in 2021 and called Dutchman drains and plumbing out to do an inspection of all the pipes and even advised us on the conditions of the pipes way more then we asked for. We then called them out to replace a hook up for the washer. Again the went above and beyond and took out the make shift sink that was there and put in a new hook up for the washer in the garage. Today, 5/20/2024 I called them again for a different issue. An hour after I called they were here working and the price for all this work is amazing. They show up, work, explain what they are doing and how to maintain what they fixed all while being respectful of our house and family. They earn 5 stars from me everytime. They are veteran owned and operated. If any one has questions please ask.

If I could I would have done zero stars!!! I thought my pilot was out on my water heater. I called them becuz they seem to have great reviews. He came out, was here no more than 10mins, told me my pilot was in fact on. DID NOT DO ANY SERVICING & I was charged $135 for the GAS (aka service fee) to come out to my house. Then I was told if I wanted that money back I would need to use them again & I would have a credit. I’m sorry but if no service was done, why am I being charged a service fee. I will never recommend them. Beware they are a scam! Horrible customer service!
